I am Dahr-wynn Blakemore, your Registered Piano Technician.

I began learning about pianos in 1999, and later worked at rebuilding and repair full time for Classic Pianos in Portland, OR. I also worked for a season with a premier rebuilder in the Portland area. These opportunities were key in my learning about pianos from the inside out.

I specialize in diagnosing and fixing small and large problems quickly and efficiently. I can take care of your larger jobs, like key repair and refurbishing/rebuilding as well.

I help improve the performance and extend the life of your piano, by making sure all component parts are working and adjusted properly so its acoustic performance is optimized.

I have tuned and serviced thousands of pianos in America and Brazil.

As a Registered Piano Technician of the Piano Technicians Guild, I continue to train in all aspects of piano technology.
